Shipping: Items usually ships within 1 to 3 days after payment is received and processed, allow up 2 weeks (7 to 14 business days) for delivery,excluding weekends and holidays). Paypal payments and money orders accepted. We also accept secure debit and credit card payments through paypal.

We are not responsible for items that may be delayed are held by customs when shipping outside the U.S., this is beyond our control. We can provide delivery tracking on most items.


NEW ITEMS:

Brand new sealed items come with factory warranty, for return request on any damaged or defective items, buyers must contact us within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for any shipping cost involving a return, please hang onto to the packaging and any paper work your item may come with (cords,manuals, miscellaneous paper work) we will not accept any return without it.

USED ITEMS:

Used items are checked for proper working order before shipping occurs,we are not responsible for items damaged in shipment. Please contact us if you have any issues on a used item after you receive it.

***Buyers must contact us prior to making a return for approval on returning the item, any item returned to us without our approval or without us being notified first will not be accepted.

Returns are handled on a individual basis depending on the item, we reserve the right to cancel any order or deny any return if it does not meet our return policy guidelines of your vendors.

We reserve the right not to accept any return, we are not responsible for items damaged or lost by our shipper, we are able to track you orders and provide proof shipping on most new items. Delivery confirmation can be added to the shipment of any used item for an additional charge if requested, new items damaged during shipping will be handled by the our shipper/vendor.***

NOTE: Manufacturer defectives may be replaced with same item, no refunds. We do not consider returns that are damaged by user neglect.

We reserve the right not to accept an order that is placed within our store ofcourse you will not be charged or invoiced on a canceled order.

Defective discs will be replaced with the same title disc. Ask any questions that you have on the item before buying.

Buy purchasing with us you state you have read and agree to our policies. If you have any questions on our items or return policy please ask them before you buy. Any additional policies regarding a specific item will be stated on the listing of the item.

New DVD items are factory sealed, in the event that an item arrives damaged, we will replace the item or damaged disc with the same title....sorry no refunds.
